Smiles On Their Faces

Cookies are enable per BlogSpot.  Continue only if you agree to cookies.  Thank you.

Good Friday morning!

I've been having trouble with my computer lately.  I'll be working, and it just shuts off.  Right now, it is up and working, so let me get my graphics up today for you.  (I also had a new furnace and air conditioner put in yesterday, so the house is cool once again.)

Text cards do put smiles on their faces.  And I'm talking about my grandkids.  Could be the smiles on your own grandchildren!!!

I'm sharing text card (can also be used as cards) templates for you to grab.  I use this, and thought others might like to use them, too.

Here's my card to pass around, to send out with physical cards, and just to share, share, share!

I've got a few templates for you today.  I work on creating more on the days I'm not doing my blog, so thought I'd go on and post them for YOU!  Enjoy!

This one was for yesterday.  Here's Punk Blue. Feel free to just use it as a card.

Here is the blank.  I left the colored tags off.  You can cut out the colors you want and words, and add them to the card.

The card for today is this one.

This is the blank for you to add your loved one to or fill it in with words.

As an example, here I am in this text card.  It's a very old picture.

Here is the one for tomorrow that I'll be using.  This is done with fractals.  So was the one from yesterday.

And here I am from 16 years ago in tomorrow's card.

I don't want to leave today without giving you a popular type of image that's all the rave right now.

Yes.  It's a coloring page!  I hope you'll print it out for yourself or your visiting grandchildren.

For ways to use these graphics, please check the first two weeks of posts.

I'd appreciate any and all comments, and you can pick up my free coloring book by sending me an email to cjzphone at gmail dot com.  Allow 24 hours for a response.

Have a wonderful weekend.

Grannies Print Shop: Welcome!

Hello, and Welcome to Grannies Print Shop!

Since I've retired, I now have time to devote to my graphics.  Yeah!

I wanted to be able to use my graphics in a way that benefited my family members.

My daughter was out gathering her mail one day, when her six-year old daughter, E, said, "Mommy.  Why don't I get any mail?"

A very good question, I think!  How about you?

My daughter called and asked if I would send letters to my granddaughter, much as I had done many years ago with her older daughter, TS.

"Well, of course," I happily said.  For now, I had a way to use all the graphics I've been making over the last eleven years.

And so, I began.  I added a total of three people that get personalized, decorated letters.  Two of them are my two granddaughters, E who is 6, and TS who is almost 16.  My mother is in a nursing home in MO, so she was added to the list as well.

The letters are physical projects, and go out every other Monday.  That's about two a month.

But I'm sure you also have loved ones that would love to receive either "real mail" or texts with their pictures decorating them.

Currently, I send a scrapped picture to each granddaughter every day.  It is sent by text mail with a short message that says, "Hi E (or TS).  I hope you're having a terrific day.  Grannie loves you very much."

If you have a grandchild you'd love to thrill; this just might be for YOU grandparents.

Maybe just a picture every other week.

Basically, this is what Grannies Print Shop is about.

Every Monday, I will put up a template or item for you to pick up.  Save it to your computer, and use it yourself.  Whether you print pictures out or use a graphics editing program to insert pictures and text, it is yours to share your own message to YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY.

I know there are a lot of programs out in the internet world that will let you edit and add to your pictures.

I am starting off today with this free scrapping template.  Put a picture of someone in it.  Add words if you wish.  Take a picture of it with your phone, and then text it on its way. (You may NOT sell or copy as your own, but they are free to share with your loved ones.)

If you have questions, please feel free to leave them in the comments.

Enjoy my first share!!!  (It's a Texting Template.)

Download this one now!!!

The size is 840 x 940 pixels:  3.021 MB.  (It is a jpg.)

Have a great day, and please leave me a comment.
